Yes. Feel free to use your camera to take pictures and record videos before the show starts. However, photography and videography are strictly prohibited during the performance.
Yes, but please note that large bags and backpacks will not be permitted inside the theater. Bags must be no larger than 9 inches by 12 inches, except for bags for diapers and required medical items. All bags are subject to inspection upon arrival onsite.
Children of all ages are welcome. However, due to the length of the performance, it is best suited for children age 5 and up. Should your child become restless or need a break, the theater offers a Family Room where you can watch a live video feed of the show on a TV.
The theater would love to seat you immediately if you arrive late, but it is not always possible. To ensure the safety of all guests, actors, and animal actors (who use the aisles in darkened show conditions), the theatre cannot guarantee that you will be seated immediately. Theater doors will close promptly at showtime. If you arrive after the start of the show, the House Manager will determine when and where you will be seated and may not be able to seat you until intermission. To get the most out of your Sight & Sound Theatres experience, please plan to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled showtime.
